Chris Smith is a results-driven hospitality leader with over nine years of global and progressive leadership experience, recognized as a Top 30 Under 30 award winner by Hotelier Magazine for excellence in hospitality leadership and innovation. Currently serving as an Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Chris has previously held various roles including Food and Beverage Manager at Independent Catering Management Limited and Front Office Supervisor at Radisson Hotel Group. Chris’s commitment to driving operational excellence through associate engagement has led to the development of high-performing teams and enhanced guest satisfaction throughout their career. Chris earned a First Class BSc in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey.
