Jon Marsh is a passionate and results-driven hospitality leader with extensive experience in revenue management, catering, sales, and event operations. They served as the Director of Group Strategy at Marriott International from 2017 to 2020, where they led initiatives that resulted in record-setting revenue performance, including a $23.9M increase in group room revenue. Marsh has a foundation in Broadcasting, enhancing their communication and storytelling skills in the hospitality industry. They are currently focused on driving group strategy and guest experiences at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.
