Røn Ramirez

Røn Ramirez is currently the Director of Beverage at Marriott International, where they implement innovative beverage programs. Previously, Røn has held significant positions including Beverage Director and Group Mixologist at Minor Hotels, and Resident Mixologist at lebua Hotels and Resorts, where they developed the acclaimed Mixology Series. They contributed to various prestigious venues, overseeing operations and opening strategies across multiple countries, including India and Thailand. Røn's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from the Lyceum of the Philippines University and an art studies course at Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
