Ryan Carmichael

Ryan Carmichael is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and platform management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering-Platform at Marriott International since February 2024, Ryan has previously held significant roles including Director of Engineering for Global IT at Juice Plus, where leadership of a 65-engineer team and management of a $6 million budget were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes directing client integrations and analytics at Prospero Health, leading the Global API Practice at Ally, and serving as Senior Manager of Platform Engineering at Hilton, where a platform generating over $20 billion in revenue was successfully managed. Ryan holds an M.B.A. and a BA in Marketing Management from the University of Memphis.
