Ryan Marks

Ryan Marks is an experienced professional in talent acquisition technology, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Technology at Marriott International since September 2015. Key accomplishments include leading the deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Onboarding for approximately 300,000 global users and implementing over 50 technology-based projects. Prior to Marriott, Ryan held roles at AvalonBay Communities, where contributions included developing a New Hire Portal and enhancing the associate referral bonus program, as well as successfully filling over 100 positions as a Corporate Recruiter. Ryan's career began at CityStaff as a Recruiter and included roles as Daily Operations Coordinator at ASE Saturday Academy and Research Assistant at the Penn Resiliency Project. Ryan holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2007.
