Aaron Leadbeater

Aaron Leadbeater is a Senior Socio Economic Planner at Marrons, where they leverage their expertise in economic, property, and demographic insights to craft evidence-led strategies that enhance communities and address social challenges. Aaron’s experience includes roles as a Graduate Consultant and Consultant at Avison Young in the Regeneration Team, where they developed foundational skills in socio-economic planning. They hold a BSc in Geography from Oxford Brookes University and a Master’s degree in Sustainability Studies from UCL. Currently, Aaron focuses on collaborating with technical specialists to create place-based masterplans and provide advice on land uses that complement large-scale physical changes.
