Dan Usher

Dan Usher is the Economics Director at Marrons, where they support clients by delivering socio-economic evidence for development proposals. With over 20 years of industry experience, Dan specializes in housing need evidence and has served as an expert witness in Local Plan Examinations and Public Inquiries. Previously, Dan held positions at several councils and organizations, including Senior Planning Officer at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and Urban Planning Officer for Nakheel in Dubai. Dan earned a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Chichester and an MA in Planning Policy and Practice from London South Bank University.
