Joe Oakden is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) currently serving as Associate Director at Marrons since 2025. They work across the entirety of the planning process, advising clients on pre-acquisition, planning submissions, and post-planning matters, with expertise in residential, later-living, educational, and commercial developments, particularly in central London Boroughs and the wider south-east. Prior to their current role, Joe held various planning positions at Savills, including Senior Planner, as well as roles at other planning firms. Joe earned a degree in Planning, City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Newcastle University, graduating with a 2:1 in 2020.
