Lucy Nicholson

Heritage Director

Lucy Nicholson currently serves as the Heritage Director at Marrons since November 2025. Previously, Lucy held positions at Iceni Projects as an Associate in Heritage and Townscape and as a Senior Consultant in Built Heritage and Townscape from April 2022 to November 2025. Lucy's experience also includes roles at Montagu Evans as a Historic Environment and Townscape Adviser and a Graduate Heritage and Townscape Adviser from November 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, a tenure as a Real Estate Finance Paralegal at DAC Beachcroft LLP occurred from September 2018 to November 2019. Lucy's early career featured internships at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Ltd and a vacation scheme at TLT. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Spatial Planning and a Master's in Urban Design from the University of Westminster, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bristol. Additionally, Lucy completed A levels in Law, Sociology, English Literature, and Critical Thinking at Hereford Sixth Form College.
