Patrick Ransom

Patrick Ransom is a seasoned professional in the field of urban regeneration and sustainable development, currently serving as Director at Marrons since October 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Director at Avison Young from November 2021, where responsibilities included advancement from Associate Director. Patrick's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at Hatch from October 2017 to November 2021, progressing through roles from Consultant to Senior Consultant and then Associate Director. Patrick began a career at Westminster City Council as a Regeneration Officer, following a graduate trainee role from October 2015 to October 2017. Patrick's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Birmingham. Early education was completed at Bennett Memorial Diocesan School, where A Levels and GCSEs were obtained.
