QUALITY DEPENDABILITY EXPERIENCE

The very best in hospitality renovation.

MARS Construction, Inc. was originally founded as Star Development Inc in 1983 by Harry Berzak in San Diego, California. At the end of 2018 Harry announced his retirement, turning the helm to partner Tony Marasco. The rebranding starting 2019 tied in Tony’s vast hospitality experience with decades of construction knowledge with Star. The company remains America’s most trusted name in hotel renovations. Built project by successful project, MARS Construction, Inc. has solid and proven experience. but the experience is only one advantage we’ll bring to your project. We fastidiously integrate state-of-the-art construction techniques, tools, and materials into our workflow. The latest software programs are ever at our fingertips. in short, we never stop learning. And by hiring teammates who carry up-to-date knowledge, MARS Construction, Inc. continues to deliver jobs that are modern, flawless and as cost-effective as possible. But one thing will never change: quality work, delivered on time and on a budget, has established our stellar reputation and sustains it every day.
