Aaron Lamers

Aaron Lamers brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the People & Organisation Director for Pet Nutrition Australia at Mars. Previously, Aaron held several key roles at General Mills, including Talent Director for International operations and Human Resources Director for both Northern Europe and Australia & NZ. Experience also includes significant positions at Shell, where Aaron was Head of HR Policy, Remuneration & Services for Australia & NZ, and HR Manager at Geelong Refinery. In addition, Aaron contributes to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as an Advisory Board member and serves as a Board Member for The Leadership Consortium. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Organisational Psychology, from The University of Waikato.
