Aaron Schmidt

Aaron Schmidt currently serves as Regional Retail Manager at Mars Petcare US, a position held since March 2015, after progressing from Retail Territory Manager. Prior to this, Aaron spent nearly nine years at The Nutro Company, a division of Mars Petcare, where the role of Territory Demo Manager involved managing a large sales team and organizing quarterly educational meetings. Earlier experience includes training and oversight responsibilities at ESPN Zone/Walt Disney Co. as Bar Trainer and Operations Manager, where Aaron implemented training protocols across multiple locations. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
