Ailsa Liu

Ailsa Liu is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the People & Organization Director at Mars Wrigley China, where they lead HR business partner initiatives for Supply, R&D, and Procurement. Ailsa's career includes roles such as HR Director for Reckitt Benckiser covering Hong Kong and Taiwan, and Head of HR for APAC at Dometic. They began their HR journey at Honda Automobile (China) Co. Ltd as an HR Specialist and have held various positions across organizations including Mead Johnson and Adidas Group. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Beijing Jiaotong University, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management and an MSc in Economics, Finance and Management from the University of Liverpool and the University of Bristol, respectively.
