Alison Smith

Alison Smith possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and food science sectors, beginning as a Management Trainee at The Goring and later holding various roles, including Maitre D' at both Bluebird Restaurant and The Cinnamon Club. Notably, Alison served as an Editorial Assistant at Southeast Asia GLOBE and as an Online Editor at Radisson Blu Edwardian, London. Since September 2015, Alison has been employed as a Product Development Scientist at Mars. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science from University College Dublin, a Master of Arts in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a foundation degree in Design and Applied Arts from University College Falmouth and additional studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
