Andreia Tei has extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry, currently serving as the Global R&D Sustainability Program Lead for Food & Nutrition at Mars since June 2017, after holding various roles including Latam Sustainability Senior Manager for Pet Nutrition and positions within the R&D Global Innovation & Public Policy Group for Chocolate. Prior to Mars, Andreia worked at PepsiCo as R&D Latam Portfolio Transformation from August 2016 to May 2017, and spent over five years at General Mills in roles focused on product quality and innovation within the snacks sector. Andreia began a career at Suzuki as a temporary factory worker in Japan. Educational credentials include an Executive Education in Management from Ohio University and a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, with additional study at Shafston School in Brisbane, Australia.
