Andrew Ashurst has extensive experience in talent mobility and global mobility services, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Talent Mobility Services at Mars since October 2021, Andrew previously held multiple positions at Mars, including EMEA Head of Global Mobility and Global Rewards Director for the Royal Canin division. Andrew's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role in Human Capital at EY, focusing on global mobility strategies and expatriate tax expertise, as well as a Senior Manager position in Global Employer Services at Deloitte, specializing in expatriate tax services for multinational organizations. Andrew holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of St Andrews and graduated from Abingdon School.
