Ann Allanson has extensive experience in sustainability and product development within the food and packaging industries. At Mars from November 2018 to January 2023, Ann held several key positions, including Global Program Lead for Packaging Sustainability and Global Impacts Manager for Sustainability, contributing significantly to commercial effectiveness as a Senior Manager. Prior experience at Wrigley from February 2015 to September 2017 included roles as Value & Profitability Optimization Manager and R&D Manager, focusing on product development for new channel expansion. Ann's academic background includes a Master of Science in Product Design & Development Management from Northwestern University and two degrees in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
