Annick Janssen

Annick Janssen is currently a Mars Finance Leadership Trainee at Mars, having started in August 2025 as part of the Mars Finance Leadership Experience Programme for the Benelux & ITR regions. Prior to this role, Annick gathered diverse experience in finance and customer service, including working as a Working Student Accounting at Lindeboom Accountants & Belastingadviseurs, where responsibilities included processing financial records and preparing financial statements. Additional roles include Freelance work at YoungOnes, and an internship in Audit & Assurance at KPMG, which combined practical experience with the writing of a master's thesis. Annick's earlier positions also include working as a waitress at various establishments and as a Head Cashier and Shelf Stocker at Nettorama, demonstrating strong team management and customer service skills. Educationally, Annick obtained a VWO degree from Commanderij College, followed by a master's degree in Accountancy from Tilburg University and an exchange program in Economics and Business Economics at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).
