Anthony Johnson

Anthony Johnson, MSHRD, serves as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas Region at Mars since February 2011, where responsibilities include developing talent acquisition strategies, overseeing an in-house team, and collaborating with various Mars divisions for recruitment insights. Previous roles at Mars include Recruitment Process Outsource Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Associate Relations Manager, contributing to full lifecycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and associate relations initiatives. Prior to Mars, Anthony held the position of Professional Recruiter at West Tennessee Healthcare, managing licensed and clinical recruitment for a large hospital system, and also served as Senior Human Resources and Benefits Manager at EW James and Sons. Anthony holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
