Anuja Kumar has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, beginning with Ahalia Hospital as a Customer Service Coordinator from June 2006 to May 2009. Anuja continued to develop skills at Mars from June 2009 to January 2015 in various roles, including Logistics & Deployment Coordinator and Gulf Copacking & Inventory Management Champion, where responsibilities included order management in SAP and conducting root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies. Currently, Anuja serves as a Senior Operations & Logistics Specialist at PVH Corp. since October 2022, focusing on forecasting and managing supply plans for Key Franchise Accounts, achieving fulfillment rates of 97 to 98%, while also coordinating with Commercial teams to address logistics and trade challenges.
