Arnaud CELMA

Arnaud Celma is the Program Lead for Business Process and Systems at Mars, where they manage quality system programs across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Arnaud held various positions in risk management, including roles at LaSer Nederland B.V. and Natixis, where they developed risk evaluation methods and managed liquidity ratios. Arnaud completed a Master’s degree in Economic and Financial Risk Engineering from the University of Bordeaux IV and has experience in project management and knowledge management strategies. Their past internships provided a solid foundation in statistics and corporate risk analysis.
