Arvind Kalia

Arvind Kalia is a Consumer Care Director for Europe at Mars, where they are responsible for managing the European Consumer Care function and enhancing consumer experiences across various markets. Previously, Arvind held roles including UK Consumer Care Lead and Consumer Care Lead for Europe at Mars Wrigley, and has extensive experience in customer relations from their positions at GSK, Kerry Foods, and Mondelēz International. Arvind began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Ipsos MORI and has a BA(Hons) in Business Management from Coventry University, as well as an MBA in Service Excellence from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
