Barbara Zhang

Barbara Zhang is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in people and organization management across various industries. Currently, Barbara serves as the VP of People & Organization for Rapid Growth Markets in Pet Nutrition at Mars since October 2024. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of VP, People & Organization for APAC at Royal Canin from February 2021 to October 2024. Earlier positions include Senior Director and Director of HR APAC at Zebra Technologies, Senior Manager of HR Service Delivery at Standard Chartered Bank, and Senior Manager of Asia HR Service Delivery at Sony Mobile Communications. Educational credentials include an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Journalism from Tsinghua University.
