Becky Fox

Becky Fox is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Controls and Shared Services. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Internal Controls at Mars, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Kellogg Company, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Global Controls Strategy and Compliance, Financial Reporting Manager, and European Audit Manager. Becky's career began at EY as an Audit Executive from 2001 to 2005. They earned a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from New College, Oxford, between 1995 and 1999.
