Benjamin Mok

Benjamin Mok has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles within engineering, operations, and customer development. Currently serving as a Customer Development Analyst in the Petcare division at Mars since August 2025, Benjamin previously held positions at Metcash, including State Promotions Specialist for IGA and Wholesale Operations Administrator for Campbells Wholesale. As Project Manager at Spheretech Engineering, Benjamin worked with notable clients like Pfizer and Lotte Ube, while also co-founding Steer.sg, a car workshop platform in Singapore. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Laksa Bar and serving as a Project Engineer at Wilmax. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and an MBA in Digital Management from Kaplan Business School.
