Beth Miles

Beth Miles (Savage) is currently the External Manufacturing Lead for Pet Nutrition Europe at Mars, where they lead the Sourcing and Commercial Operations team managing external manufacturing and co-packing. Previously, they served as the European Procurement Operations Manager at Mars, overseeing a team dedicated to executing sourcing strategies. Beth also held various roles within Mars, including Strategic Sourcing Manager for Rigid Packaging and Senior Strategic Operations Buyer for Marketing and Sales. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager at The Hand at Llanarmon and completed a legal internship at the Mississippi Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel. Beth earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Warwick and completed A Levels at Ysgol Dinas Bran.
