Brian Pardo is currently the Factory Director at Mars Wrigley, leading a workforce of approximately 450 employees in the production of iconic chocolate brand products for the Americas. With over ten years of experience at the Yorkville factory, Brian has successfully navigated significant change management and fostered a family-oriented culture among the associates. Prior to joining Mars, Brian held various leadership roles in the automotive industry, including positions at Visteon and Ford Motor Company. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
