Cameron Spencer is a Project & Process Improvement Manager at Mars Inc. with over five years of experience in supply chain and project management. Previously, Cameron served as a New Product Planner at Globus Medical, overseeing new product launches and managing vendor communications. Prior to that, Cameron worked as a Buyer, collaborating closely with vendors and handling procurement processes. Cameron has also contributed to the healthcare supply chain as a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator at Creative Foam Healthcare. Currently, Cameron is pursuing a degree in Telecommunication Management at Penn State University.
