Previously, they served as a Regional Marketing Manager and held various brand management roles at Mars, successfully reversing sales declines and launching innovative products across Europe. Ceren began their career in brand management at Pinar Entegre and Serve Stationery, gaining valuable experience in local and regional marketing strategies. They hold degrees in Public Relations, Marketing, and Economics from various institutions.
