Charles Samson

Charles Samson is currently a Technology Owner and Reliability Engineer at Mars, specializing in mechanical and electro-mechanical components, hydraulics, and pneumatics. With experience in aerospace, Charles has worked on significant projects including the Boeing 777x and Airbus models, while also competing as a World Skills UK team member and winning various medals in skills competitions. Charles holds an HNC in Manufacturing Engineering and has pursued multiple NVQs at Coleg Cambria, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development in engineering. Prior to their current roles, Charles worked as a Mechanical Technician and CNC Machinist, further building a diverse skill set in the engineering field.
