Chris Baker is currently the Customer Development Head at Woolworths, overseeing customer strategy and execution. Chris previously served as the Customer Development Leader for Woolworths at Mars from 2020 to 2022, where they managed P&L for various product lines and developed key business relationships. Before that, Chris worked at Bega Cheese Limited as the National Business Manager for Corporate Convenience from 2022 to 2024, leading a team and implementing channel strategies. Chris also held roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, including Regional Key Account Manager and Territory Sales Manager, and gained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Auckland between 2008 and 2010.
