Chris Hawk is a transformational lead at Mars Wrigley Global, currently serving as the PLM transformation lead since 2024. Previously, Chris was the Senior Director of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs for North America at Mars from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that role, Chris held the position of Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Mondelēz International from 2016 to 2020 and worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in various regulatory affairs roles from 2009 to 2013. Chris started their career as the Director of Strategic Development and Regulatory Affairs at Safe Foods Corporation from 2004 to 2009. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Food Science from Washington State University.
