Chuman Dev

Chuman Dev is currently the Interim People & Organization Director for Asia at Mars, where they focus on talent management in Kuala Lumpur. They previously held the role of Senior Manager for People & Organisation Partnering at DKSH, driving initiatives in the Consumer Goods and Supply Chain Management sectors. Chuman has also served as a Talent & Development Lead at AstraZeneca and was engaged as a Lab Demonstrator at the National University of Malaysia, mentoring chemical engineering students. Their career began with a marketing role at Amanah Raya Berhad, and they have accumulated diverse experiences in human resources across notable companies including Unilever and AstraZeneca. Chuman holds a degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the National University of Malaysia.
