Colette Duffy is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the commercial performance and effectiveness domain. Currently serving as the Global Commercial Performance and Effectiveness Manager at Mars since July 2022, Colette previously worked at KPMG in the Global Strategy Group as an Assistant Manager focusing on Innovation Reliefs & Inventives from August 2018 to July 2022. Prior roles at EY included Innovation Incentives Engineering Advisor and Tax Associate within the Investment Products Tax Team, with initial experience as a Corporate Tax Summer Intern. Colette holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University and has completed the Chartered Accountant program at ICAS. Education was also pursued at Methodist College Belfast.
