Dane Percy is currently the Vice President of Research and Development at Mars, a position held since 2021. Previously, Dane has served as the Global C&T Portfolio Leader and held several management roles within Mars Petcare, including Europe Dry Product Design & Formulation Manager. With a Bachelor of Forensic Science with Honours in Chemical Science from Deakin University, Dane has leveraged their expertise in R&D throughout their career.
