Danielle Zierer

Danielle Zierer has extensive experience in global leadership development, most recently serving as the Global Leader Development Manager at Mars from 2020 to 2022, where they oversaw leadership strategy and programs. Prior roles included Global Transformation Talent Lead and Director of Global HR Communications and Leadership Team Effectiveness, where they focused on alignment, engagement, and organizational design. Danielle began their career in talent acquisition and HR roles, including positions at Bradin Search Group and Sun Chemical. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
