Danny Pooni is an accomplished retail and operations leader with extensive experience in both global and regional roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Stores and Operations for M&M’S Retail at Mars since December 2019, Danny holds a background in retail operations and supply chain management. Prior to this role, a tenure at Amazon from 2015 to 2019 included positions such as Senior Operations Leader for the West and Site Leader for Amazon Fresh in California. Danny's career began at Target in 1993, where various roles culminated in the District Senior Director position during both domestic and international assignments. Danny Pooni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
