Darin Said

Darin Said is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Strategic Capability and Inclusion and Diversity Director at Mars Wrigley, Darin has been instrumental in talent management and change management across the MEA region, supporting over 1,500 associates. Previous roles include Regional Senior Human Resource Business Partner Director and HR Regional Director for North Africa & Levant at Mars, as well as positions at HSBC and Azadea Group, where Darin focused on recruitment, associate engagement, and organizational design. Darin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut and has completed various leadership and organizational development programs from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
