Debra Fair

Debra Fair is an Executive Director at Pedigree Foundation, where they lead strategies for development, donor recruitment, and fundraising initiatives aimed at helping dogs find forever homes. Prior to this role, Debra served as the Global Senior Director of Internal Communications and Community Engagement at Mars, where they significantly increased donations and improved community engagement. With a strong background in corporate communications across various organizations, Debra has been instrumental in establishing strategic partnerships and enhancing organizational reputation. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of Southern California.
