Dimitar Toshkov is a seasoned professional in beverage technology and flavor modulation with extensive experience in research and development across multiple food and beverage sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Beverage Technologist at Brookside Flavors and Ingredients since May 2022, Dimitar focuses on beverage application and product development.
