Dmitry Shevchuk

Dmitry Shevchuk has over 20 years of experience in technology and IT management, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Mars Russia since October 2004. Dmitry has held multiple roles at Mars, including IT Operations Director and Project Manager for the implementation of the Service Now ITSM platform. Previous positions include Senior Service Manager in application management and IT infrastructure, as well as global IT infrastructure operations and support. Prior to Mars, Dmitry worked at Rostelecom as an R&D specialist and at the Information Technology Research Institute as a software developer. Dmitry holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tver State University and a Machine Learning and AI Nanodegree from Udacity.
