Don Guan

Don Guan, Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in process authority and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Corporate Process Authority at Mars Petcare since September 2024, Don previously held significant roles, including Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Bumble Bee Foods and Thermal Process Scientist at Mars Petcare. Don's career began as a Senior R&D Process Engineer at General Mills and included a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Delaware. Academically, Don holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business Development from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Biological Systems Engineering from Washington State University.
