Don Whitt

Don Whitt is the Reliability Manager at Mars Petcare, a position held since 2015. Previously, they served as the Manager of Maintenance and Energy Improvements for Nestle Purina Petcare from 1998 to 2013, overseeing maintenance functions across 18 plants in North America and leading TPM implementation in three facilities. Before their corporate roles, Don was an Operational Maintenance Manager at Ralston Purina Pet Care from 1998 to 2008 and spent 21 years in the US Navy, retiring as EMCS(SW) in 1998. They also briefly worked as a Maintenance Manager for Standard Functional Foods Group, Inc. in 2013.
