Earl Glase

Earl Glase, MBA, is an experienced Production Team Leader currently at Mars, where they lead multi-line operations to ensure efficient and safe production. Previously, Glase held various leadership roles, including Business Owner at Humbled Lawn and Landscape LLC and Community Enhancement Administrator with the State of Kansas. They also served as the Assistant Regional Director of Programs for the Kansas Department For Children and Families, managing approximately 350 employees. Glase earned an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Washburn University.
