Emily Islip

Emily Islip began their career with Coles' award-winning graduate scheme and has since gained extensive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. They have held significant roles, including the UK&I Talent Lead at JLL and currently serve as an Early Talent Manager at Mars. Throughout their career, Emily has been recognized for their high performance, consistently receiving top ratings at previous organizations. They are skilled at simplifying complex situations, building relationships, and driving results in global and matrixed environments. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws and Arts from Monash University.
