Emma Finlay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Mars Global Inclusion and Diversity Network Director and Talent & Organization Design Director for Multisales Europe & Southern Africa since January 2014, Emma has also held key leadership roles at Mars, including Head of HR for Mars Ireland. In addition, Emma has been an active board member of Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride CLG since February 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from leading Learning & Development for the Global Marketing Organisation to acting as HR Business Partner for various divisions across multiple regions. Emma began a career in software development at UBS, where foundational skills in technology were developed. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Development Management and various certifications in HR management and organizational design.
