Francesca New is currently the Global Senior Human Rights Manager at Mars, where they lead human rights initiatives across the company’s operations. With a 17-year background in sustainable supply chains, they advocate for living wages and develop human rights due diligence approaches. Francesca formerly held multiple positions within Mars, including Responsible Sourcing Manager and Global Sustainability Manager, and has experience advising various sectors on human rights. They hold a first-class BA Hons in Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American Studies from King's College London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge.
