Francis Bathan

Francis Bathan is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in quality management and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Supplier Quality Assurance Manager for Mars, they actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Previously, they held key roles at Jollibee Foods Corporation, GSK, and Philip Morris International, where they implemented quality programs and led cross-functional projects. Francis also contributed to academia as a Junior Faculty member at De La Salle University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution.
