Gerald Knoebl

Gerald Knoebl has extensive experience in finance program management, having worked at Mars from August 2012 to May 2020 in various capacities. As a Finance Program Manager for transformation, Gerald led the global PMO for the Mars Multisales Europe Region, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of finance transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with global workstream leaders and regional CFOs. In the merger role, Gerald was responsible for project management and timelines for the integration of Wrigley legal entities into Mars across 18 European countries, working with tax experts to address various tax issues. Earlier in Gerald's career, experience included a role as a Financial Planning Manager overseeing strategic financial planning for multiple product segments in 14 markets. Additionally, Gerald worked as an Accountant at UNIQAM from March 1993 to April 1996, focusing on accounting and consolidation for the Raiffeisen/Uniqa insurance group.
